We want you and your pup to love your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to start a return:
Please email us at support@wagandwear.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
